This basic description of the home doesn't truly do it justice though, does it? Is it still describing the Physical Attributes of the Property to say it's just gigantic inside? Some 3000 square foot homes don't feel like it. Maybe they're laid out funny or don't use their space efficiently, but they just feel kind of small. That can't be said for this property - it feels even bigger than it is. At the risk of stretching the rules and not clinically describing Physical Attributes only, it's not hard to say that whoever ends up purchasing this property will be grateful for having had the opportunity to do so. There aren't a lot of places in town from which a person could walk to their neighborhood pool and parks while still being close enough to the major roads to get around with ease, but this is one.
