Bill (Collector) purchased 2.4 acres from Helen, because he married Lynn who he met on a beach in Florida in the 1940's. Lynn was from this beautiful "Valley." Bill built a good log cabin on a solid foundation, drilled a good water well, put a septic sewer system in and tapped into the electric power. Upon retiring, they moved in full time. Bill collected lots of stuff. If I needed anything, I could usually find it at Bills. He sold out to Rocky (Man with a Plan) his next door neighbor. Rocky has removed the stuff and has remodeled Bill's unique mountain log cabin. It sits among big ponderosas with unreal mountain vistas. Now it's your turn. History awaits.
