Rollingwood Enchantment! This striking and beautiful Neo-Classical red-brick traditional home, roughly three miles from downtown, was custom built by the current owners. They purchased the gently sloping .43 acre corner lot in 1983 after a lengthy search. Their new home had to be in a wonderful neighborhood where people knew each other. The family moved into their new home in 1986. It has been loved and cared for. A major remodel in 2012 included a comprehensive kitchen update, new wood floors throughout most of the downstairs, and partial updating of the downstairs baths. Most recent improvements (2022) include a whole-house generator to always keep the lights (and more) on, and three new garage doors with ultra-quiet openers.
